General registration rules
• There is ongoing registration for the course.
• Mtk Skolen AS sends confirmation by e-mail no later than 2 weeks before the start of the course.
• Mtk Skolen AS is not responsible for the participants' additional costs, as for
for example airline tickets or hotel stays, if this has been booked before course confirmation
has been sent from Mtk Skolen AS.
Unsubscribe
Participants who are prevented from attending can be freely replaced by another participant
from the same company / organization, it is also possible to switch to another set course date.
For cancellations where Mtk Skolen AS does not get a new participant, the following rules apply:
• If you unsubscribe after the course confirmation has been sent from MTK Skolen AS, a fee will be charged
fee of 20% of the course fee.
• If you unsubscribe within 4 days before the course, 50% of the course fee will be charged.
• If you unsubscribe after this, the entire participation fee will be charged.
• Illness in participants does not give reason for reimbursement, the rules above apply.
