Mtk skolen har stor fokus på at opplæringen skal være av beste kvaliteter på dokumentert opplæring. Krav til denne type opplæring finner vi i forskrift om utførelse av arbeid §10.2;
«En som skal bruke arbeidsutstyr som nevnt i §10-1 og §10-3, skal ha praktisk og teoretisk opplæring som gir kunnskaper om oppbygging, betjening, bruksegenskaper og bruksområde, samt vedlikehold og kontroll. Opplæringen skal gi kunnskaper om de krav som stilles til sikker bruk og betjening i forskrifter og i bruksanvisning. Det skal utstedes dokumentasjon på at praktisk og teoretisk opplæring er gitt i henhold til forskrifter.»Mtk skolen er her for å hjelpe deg gjennom så du korekt kompetanse til dine ansatte.

«A person who is to use work equipment as mentioned in §10-1 and §10-3, must have practical and theoretical training that provides knowledge of construction, operation, use properties and area of use, as well as maintenance and control. The training shall provide knowledge of the requirements for safe use and operation in regulations and in the instructions for use. Documentation shall be issued stating that practical and theoretical training has been provided in accordance with regulations. "
